Chaudhry Muhammad Fareed, Chairman of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, committed to launching more initiatives aimed at enhancing youth skills development in the region.
During his visit to the GoForeign Language Academy at Giga Mall, Chaudhry Muhammad Fareed was briefed by Muhammad Sajid Majid Chaudhry about the academy’s language education and training programs. The TEVTA Chairman lauded the academy’s efforts in combating illegal human trafficking and immigration and recognized the high standards of training provided to its students.
Expressing a strong desire for collaboration, Fareed invited GoForeign to join forces with TEVTA to secure a brighter future for the region’s youth. “Through TEVTA, the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir is committed to expanding opportunities for youth employment abroad,” he emphasized. “Our aim is to send a clear message to the people of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir that we are focused on creating more job prospects for the youth.”
Fareed also highlighted that with the help of GoForeign, efforts would be strengthened to get the nation back on track with a renewed focus on youth skills development. He stressed the importance of empowering women, particularly single mothers and divorced women, who often face economic hardships. “These women will no longer need to depend on former husbands or guardians for their survival,” he said. “Instead, they will become independent breadwinners, supporting their families.”
In an exciting move to promote women’s empowerment, Fareed revealed that TEVTA, in collaboration with GoForeign, plans to launch a dedicated program to help women secure overseas employment, thus providing them with financial independence and an opportunity to contribute positively to society.
