PSDF’s Global Leap: Collaboration Opens Job Pathways for Punjab’s Youth in Japan

The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has entered a landmark collaboration with Hazza Institute of Technology (HAZZA) and Japan-Pakistan Innovative Institute (JPII) to launch advanced Japanese language and cultural training centers in Punjab. This initiative marks a crucial step toward equipping Pakistani youth with globally competitive skills and opening doors to employment opportunities in Japan.

Under the guidance of the Punjab Chief Minister, this program is part of a broader vision to enhance socio-economic development through international upskilling projects. The partnership aims to empower young people in Punjab with essential skills for high-demand global sectors, including IT, logistics, elderly care, hospitality, and agriculture.

As part of the initiative, six state-of-the-art Japanese Language and Cultural Training Centers will be established across Punjab. These centers will train 2,000 young individuals, immersing them in the Japanese language, culture, and professional standards to prepare them for a competitive global job market.
