The (University of Health Sciences) UHS BDS result 2024 has officially been declared, marking a major academic milestone for dental students across Punjab. According to the UHS spokesperson, the results of the BDS Second Professional Annual Examination 2024 were announced on Monday.
A total of 929 candidates from 16 affiliated dental colleges appeared in the examination. Among them, 788 students were declared successful while 138 failed, bringing the overall pass percentage to an impressive 85.10%. One candidate’s result was put on hold due to administrative reasons. Maryam Waheed Dogar, a student of Shahida Islam Dental College, Lodhran, clinched the top position by scoring 892 out of 1000 marks. Ayesha Ali Ghumman of University Medical and Dental College, Faisalabad, secured second position with 877 marks, while Ramsha Mubashir of Multan Medical and Dental College, Multan, stood third with 874 marks. UHS Vice-Chancellor Prof Ahsan Waheed Rathore congratulated the position holders and appreciated their hard work and commitment.
